  1. 1:35 the human brain is not an electrical device, it is an electro-magnetic device. electricity and magnetism they are bound to eachother and are always as one force, individable and not separatable. please keep that in mind wen you share the knowledge or making hypothese. by doing so it helps on self perception, which is the most importend ability of the mentioned DEVICE…Let there be peace and auspiciousness in all creation ๐Ÿ•‰ thank you for sharing

  2. Sounds like the Senator and his lackey, have their own agenda. Religion and politics are bed buddy's regardless of what the Senator and his lackey would lead you to believe. Perhaps in one hundred years, this discussion of ethics and morality will be just a faded memory. And yes, Amelia would have all the rights afforded human beings at the present time. People are afraid of what they do not understand, and grimace at the thought of artificially created lifeforms walking the streets. This movie has emphasized that our world we live in, has radically changed, and maybe we should embrace that change.

  3. I would have accepted her, knowing that the person talking to me was my wife in mind although not in body. I love my wife for who is, not what she is.

  4. I saw this before but I don't recall how it ends, except I think not well. Aside from that. the new wife will presumably never change, that is, age, but the human husband will. Can the robot wife accept that reality? And, will the robot wife accept that she is not human?

  5. A: This is EVIL! B: No robot is PERFECT or will EVER be perfect! C: Robots Also don't LIVE FOREVER! Why? Because they need a POWER SOURCE! No matter whether it be Battery, or ANYTHING else. Sooner or later the power source will NEED recharging, repairing or replacing! It's THAT simple! OH! And let's NOT forget it getting a VIRUS! Oooops! Oh! And unless ALL YOU STUPiD people out there THINK it's about HELPING people,…It's NOT! "ALL ABOUT MONEY!" Think they're going to GIVE you a ROBOT for FREE!!!! Hahahahaha! As he SAID! "Find a WAY to continue the FUNDING"

  6. Proverbs 9:10 KJV: The FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of WISDOM: and the KNOWLEDGE of the HOLY is UNDERSTANDING.THE 7 SPIRITS OF GOD 1) The Spirit of the LORD 2) The Spirit of Wisdom 3) The Spirit of Understanding 4) The Spirit of Counsel 5) The Spirit of Might 6) The Spirit of Knowledge 7) The Spirit of the FEAR of the LORD

  7. This movie is good surprise! Low budget, great tragic drama sci-fi, brilliant performances, especially by Angela Billman, and the soundtrack centered in Satie's Gnossiรจme was a involving touch, too! Glad I found it, it's worth to recommend to every fan of the genre.

  8. Way better than I expected!
    This movie is top shelf.
One of the best sci-fi flicks I've seen in a long time.
#1 regarding the philosophical aspect of life extension through technology.

  9. The slower version of Genopedies No.1 was surely enough to convince her husband this was her playing their distinctive theme music. Maybe that's it, he was confused about have an android back or his wife back in an android body. So many confusing questions.

  10. I'm not sure if or how we are supposed to be seeing Amelia's humanity in this film but it's difficult to ignore the obvious fridge trope. Amelia 2.0 is just a poor husbandless wife with no agency and no purpose as a character or as a person, except as a tool to explore Carter's emotional distress after having lost his version 1.0 ham sandwich maker. ๐Ÿ™„ Not super interesting. From a sci-fi point of view, I don't think they really did enough setup to form any interesting or important philosophical questions about AI or the nature of humanity, which is more what I was expecting from the film. Disappointing.
