2. For those who want a funny non misogynist movie, watch Spinster with Chelsea Peretti. A more accurate portrayal of a single 40 year old woman. Not desperate, enjoying her freedom, accomplishing goals, and maybe a date here and there. Knows who she is.

3. I just don’t like that we are playing this dumb assumption that all women desperately want to have kids (even the ones that don’t). Would never waste money on IVF. If you change your mind suddenly, you can adopt.

   Also, all the married women I’ve met have been super immature and catty compared to non married women (who tend to be more mature and cool /fun to hang out with). And 34 is young. Chill out. Trying to depict a hot 34 year old as having a midlife crisis is so dumb. Most people who marry in their 30s end up divorced. People who wait til their 40s usually last longer. But also, marriage is NOT an accomplishment. Imagine if the movie was her trying to move to NYC and start a new business or something interesting. She needs to stop dating immature dudes. Meet someone new, not old. There’s a reason you broke up.

4. Couldn't get past the funky fake lips and lying about her age. Ego should have been the main character, not… whoever this woman is.
