1. This was all a trick, a fake trailer. After the big success of What if, pp wanted to see more of Supreme Strange and zombie Strange.
   So they faked the trailer to make it look like them.

40. I mean all the Promo’s and Trailer was way better than the movie itself. But my gawd the hype I had for this film is unmatched.

So the multiverse of the MCU might happen and bring in Mr.Fantastic, Captain Marvel, Captain Carter, Black Bolt and Professor X in Doctor Strange 2 because they all wasn’t in the first Doctor Strange and Black Bolt was never existed in the MCU since Black Bolt was in the comics and they would fight against Wanda for her children. Billy and Tommy wasn’t in Marvel Movies but they are in the Tv show called WandaVision since Vision, her twins and the whole house is gone in the finale
