  10. The editing in these two first episodes is absolutely horrendous! A far cry from the original show. Please tell me I’m not the only one who noticed this.
    Also the nonstop music in the background of every single scene is not ideal.

Marvel is finished now, it is not bringing any good content, the Avenger movie was very good at that time but today I don't know what has happened to Marvel that whatever new content is coming, no one feels like watching it, now Marvel makes anything, rubbish Marvel, I did not expect this from Marvel!!😢😢

  14. They completely "Marvelized" it. The color palette is now the same washed color palette as their movies, very evident during the opening scenes on the rooftop. Then the worst part is they clearly used CGI for even some of the simple stunts that felt so artificial.

It's an insult to make us wait 7 years for this continuation and also make us wait 1 month to be able to watch the full season, Netflix didn't do that, also Disney+ puts ads every 20 minutes, after foggy's death I got a teraflu ad, and it completely broke the experience, just a very bad service.

    Setting: Post-Avengers: Endgame, after the Blip

    The Blip Effect & Mutant Awakening

    After the snap was reversed, billions of people returned to life. However, the energy surge from the combined use of the Infinity Stones (Thanos’ snap, Hulk’s snap, and Tony’s snap) caused a cosmic ripple effect. The Reality Stone and Mind Stone, in particular, had lasting consequences on Earth's genetic structure.

    This radiation subtly altered the DNA of millions of people worldwide, but the effects were dormant—until now. Several years later, some individuals begin to manifest abilities beyond normal human capability. These are the first wave of mutants, but no one understands why or how.

    Scarlet Witch’s Unique Role

    Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) is already an anomaly. The Mind Stone amplified her latent abilities, but what if she was always meant to be something more? A true mutant before the Blip.

    Charles Xavier, a powerful telepath and scientist, discovers that Wanda was the first recorded case of a latent mutant whose X-gene was activated artificially (by the Mind Stone).

    This means she is a precursor to the modern mutants—proof that mutation already existed in rare individuals before the Blip, just never widespread.

    Xavier sees Wanda as the missing link between what came before and what is now happening worldwide.

    Rise of Mutants & Magneto’s Influence

    A new wave of uncontrolled mutations leads to fear and discrimination. Some gain minor abilities, while others become powerful threats.

    Magneto, revealed to be Wanda’s biological father, emerges from hiding. Unlike Xavier, he believes mutants should seize control rather than integrate.

    Wanda, torn between her past as an Avenger and her mutant heritage, is forced into conflict.

    The Government’s Response: The Sentinel Program

    Fearing a new super-powered population, world leaders activate Project Sentinel, a government-led initiative to eliminate uncontrolled mutants.

    This forces Charles Xavier to bring together a new team—the X-Men—to protect and guide these new mutants.

    The team includes Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Wolverine, and others.

    Meanwhile, Magneto forms his Brotherhood of Mutants, urging Wanda to embrace her destiny.

    Final Conflict: Mutants vs. Humanity

    As anti-mutant sentiment rises, a global crisis emerges. Mutants must decide:

    Follow Xavier’s dream of coexistence

    Or embrace Magneto’s war against human oppression

    Wanda, caught in the middle, must choose—does she stand with the X-Men or her father?

    Sequel Setup: X-Men vs. Avengers?

    The government considers using existing superheroes (the Avengers) to regulate mutants.

    This could set up an Avengers vs. X-Men conflict in the future, with heroes debating if mutants should be controlled.

    Meanwhile, the looming presence of Apocalypse or Sinister hints at an even greater threat beyond human-mutant conflict.

    1. It Fixes Wanda’s Role – She becomes a bridge between old and new mutants.

    2. Explains the X-Gene’s Late Activation – The Blip energy caused mutations to manifest.

    3. Naturally Introduces the X-Men – Instead of rewriting history, mutants are a new phenomenon.

    4. Sets Up a Future Conflict – X-Men vs. Avengers or a battle against Apocalypse.

  28. Disappointing. Bad CGI, and getting rid of Foggy and Karen so quickly was a mistake. They would have been better not to bring them back at all. Bringing them back, even just for 10 minutes, just made the lack of chemistry with the new cast more obvious. I was excited for this show, but losing interest fast after episode 2.
