5. Something to make note of is that Norma Jean was very talented and wanted to be seen for her talent and art she contributed to. She DID want to become a star but her decisions led her to a path of sexualization of herself and she had to sacrifice something to get what she wanted but it was against her plans. That is what makes this so sad that she couldn't get people to love her for her being but rather become an object of pleasure. This does not apply to the people with victim mentality in today's world who intentionally objectifies themselves for quick fame and wealth and then complains when they are objectified for attention and more money.

11. Ana Dearmas was NOT suited for this role. They just wanted someone who is extremely pretty to play Monroe just for the sake of her being pretty.
    This was a weak effort to try and make that aspect seem that dearmas is as big an icon as monroe was back in Her time. We know thats not the truth. Drarmas is far from being a gemreat an icon as Monroe.

    Look, we've all seen so many movies about marilyn monroe, and they all fall flat for that exact reason. The last iteratioj i remember was when michelle williams played her. That was just awful as well. She had no bisiness being anywhere near that role bc she just wasnt "it".
